Unit Amenities
Each unit at The Sahalie at Tidewater Cove comes with a basic amenity package and is then designed with custom features selected by each individual buyer. Among the basic amenities are unobstructed riverfront views, master bedrooms with walk-in closets and full size bathrooms, and private external decks. The components of each unit, including the flooring, surfacing, paint, moldings, cabinetry, light fixtures, and utilities, are personally selected by each buyer.
Building Amenities
The Sahalie at Tidewater Cove is a gated community with 24 hour security guards on site. Each building has secure, underground parking garages that are accessible by elevator, along with secure, external entryways. Upon entering a building each individual unit is accessed via a covered, open-air atrium.
Site Amenities
Surrounding The Sahalie at Tidewater Cove are walking trails that run along the Columbia River between Wintler Park and a Vancouver Natural Wildlife Reserve. Owners at The Sahalie also have exclusive access to its clubhouse, which includes a fitness room with free weights and machines, a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, yoga room, meeting room with an office, and a banquet room with a kitchenette and party deck. The three story clubhouse is elevator serviced and enjoys riverfront views from each level.
