The Tidewater Cove Waterfront Condominium project was the original Tidewater Cove Development built by Timothy Norton, the principal owner and developer of both Tidewater Cove Waterfront Condominiums, and its subsequent planned development, The Sahalie at Tidewater Cove. The Tidewater Cove Project consists of Seven Buildings that total 101 units dispersed over 20.5 acres of land. Six of the Seven buildings have been completed, with the seventh scheduled for completion in 2007.
Our waterfront house plans range from 1500 square foot two bedroom and two bathroom suites, all the way up to 4200 square foot four bedroom three bathroom penthouses. The development has its own state of the art amenity package including a swimming pool, tennis court, conference room, lounge, gym, and sauna.
